Terms and Conditions are subject to change.
Orders placed on our website www.OregonPartsStore.com are filled through us or our suppliers.
Please double check your part numbers before ordering. You should always consult a parts manual before ordering. Model numbers alone are not enough to confirm the correct part numbers.
Model numbers are acompanied by spec numbers that will pinpoint the exact application you have. Always check before ordering to make sure your ordering the correct parts.
Manufacturers will use different part numbers on the same model numbers depending on the applications, parts to fit certain model numbers does not mean that it fits all applications with the same model numbers.
Orders received after 2pm eastern standard time ship the next business day. We regularly ship orders later but if your order is submitted after 2pm it could ship the next business day.
Orders placed Friday afternoon and over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
Our products listed are based out of a catalog supplied by the manufacturer. We are not able to guarantee that all parts are in stock. If your not able to receive a backorder then check in with us before ordering please.
By default we hold all orders until they are able to ship complete. You may request a partial shipment but please note there will be additional shipping charges unless otherwise discussed.
When placing an order online please double check all your entered address, and personal information. If you notice a mistake please send us an email as soon as possible with the correct information. Emails are received immediately and are processed during business hours. We check for emails specially that may contain address, or information corrections. Please do note it is important to email us soon as possible to prevent order issues.
All orders must be accompanied with valid phone numbers, email addresses, billing and shipping addresses.
Once you place your order on our website you will receive an order id number. You will receive an email that will contain your order receipt. The first step is the processed status. You will receive an order completed email soon as we have finished processing your order. If you receive an order completed email then this means your order is or has been prepared for shipping. Lastly you will receive shipped notice that most of the time will include a shipping tracking number.
Orders placed online may not be cancelled. We process orders constantly and we are not able to cancel orders once they are submitted. If your not sure then please wait to submit your order.
Presently we charge $9.95 flat rated per order for shipping on most items, orders over $ 150 ship for free within the contiguous USA. There are exceptions for example Mower Lifts, or other whole goods.
Primarirly we use UPS Ground Service to ship your orders, in some occasions we may use other shipping providers to ship your orders. Even if we use another provider it will be service equal to Priority or Ground service.
We ship from the closest distribution warehouses, this cuts down on shipping costs and transit times. If your order is in stock then there is a good chance that you will receive your order within 2 to 4 business days.
For in stock orders we do ask that you allow at least 1 week in business days for your order to be delivered. There are unforseen instances like inclement weather that can hold shipments up.
If your order is not in stock we will contact you by email or phone. Please note estimates are provided but are not a guaranteed time frame.
Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes unless prior approval has been given. Do not submit orders online with PO Box addresses. UPS will not ship to PO Box addresses.
Next Day Shipping is available through special request by email only. We must have previously been emailed before we can process a Next Day shipment. Next Day Shipments are charged actual freight.
We do accept returns.
Returns must be processed via email within 30 days of purchase by emailing us your full name, email address, date of order, order id number. Explanation of the reason for return.
Returns approved will be issued an RMA # this number must be written on the return packages. The RMA # allows us to keep track of the return.
Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. We have to pay restocking charges to the Original Equipment Manufacturers.
On Returns shipping charges are Not refundable. We are not able to pay for return shipping.
Returns on orders that shipped for free will be subject to the initial shipping cost charges to be deducted from the final refund.
It is at our discretion wheter we accept a return or not. Parts that come into contact with fluids are not returnable that includes carburetors. Electrical parts are not returnable.
Electrical parts should only be installed by certified mechanics. We are not responsible for damages to parts that were damaged from improper installation.
Returns must be returned un-used, parts that are returned that have physical blemishes from installation or usage will be discarded. Refunds will not be provided on used returns. Returns only work if we can restock and resell the parts. Parts must be returned in their original packaging.
Special Order parts are not returnable
We Ship Internationally.
We charge a flat rate of $ 28 for all International desitnations. These flat rates are for shipments that weigh less then 2 LBS.
Shipments over 2 LBS will be charged actual shipping charges. You will be receiving an email that will explain the total final shipping charges.
If your not willing to pay more then the posted flat rate shipping charges then please make sure that your ordering less then 2 LBS worth of parts. Keep in mind this is total boxed weight.
We often ship Internationally and we will re-package your order for safe shipping and we will also utilize the best possible box sizes to prevent inflated shipping rates.
Please allow additional processing times for International orders. There are several more steps involved that require additional time.
Once your order is shipped we estimate delivery within 14 business days.
International shipments are shipped via the United States Postal Service. We use First Class International, and Priority Mail International for shipments over 2 LBS.
We can not mark shipments as gifts
We accept all major credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, etc. We also accept payments through PayPal. We accept money orders by mail.
We do not manually charge credit cards. When you place an order online with us you will be redirected to a secure ordering enviroment. This prevents human interaction with your credit card details.
So when you enter your card details and hit submit on your order that means your card will be charged at the same time for the order you submitted.
When sending a payment in form of a money order please do not forget to include the correct shipping amount.
